We hope you love your purchase from Raw Botanicals. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and seals must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Sale, promotional, or discounted items cannot be refunded unless faulty.


Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You may receive a gift credit of the return value once we receive the item

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.


Returns Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, the return postage cost may be deducted from the refund amount

We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage, especially for items valued over £75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
